The ADO has applied technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions which should be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The key elements of the data protection system in place include:

B) Placing an order

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses to have it delivered to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally state:

your name or the name of your company/institution – necessary for us to address your parcel;
address (street, house number and/or number of house and premises, postal code and town) – necessary to address the consignment;
telephone number of the consignee of the shipment – necessary if certain delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

your name or the name of your company/institution – necessary for the issue of a sales receipt;
address (street, house number and/or number of house and premises, postal code and town) – necessary for the issue of a sales receipt;

The data provided when placing an order is processed by old.druknabiothane.pl and the following entities to the extent indicated below:

the name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are forwarded to the transport company in the form of a shipping label/letter which at the same time is an order for delivery of the consignment depending on the type of consignment selected:
1. Poczta Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 525-000-73-13)
2. InPost Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Krakow (KRS 0000543759, NIP: 6793108059)
3. PayPro SA with registered office in Poznań (KRS 0000347935, NIP: 779-236-98-87)
the name, address, VAT ID number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:
1. Felis Taxes Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin (NIP:8513270281)

In the case of payment using an external payment system, any data provided after accessing the payment operator’s website remain registered exclusively in its database and are not accessible or stored in any way by old.druknabiothane.pl.

old.druknabiothane.pl cooperates with the following payment operators:

PayPro SA with registered office in Poznań (KRS 0000347935, NIP: 779-236-98-87)
Data is stored for a period of five years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the retention period of accounting documents.

C) Marketing

In the case of subscribing to a newsletter and agreeing to receive it in the process of registration or placing an order, we ask only for an e-mail address to which commercial information from old.druknabiothane.pl will be sent, which you can resign from at any time by logging into your account at old.druknabiothane.pl or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the footer of each newsletter.

D) Correspondence

VI. Transfer of your personal data

In specific situations where applicable law orders the Personal Data Administrator to provide collected data to state authorities, old.druknabiothane.pl will provide such data.

With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with such entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintenance of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller.
