Return of goods
Due to the individual nature of orders, Biothane® UV-printed tapes are cut to size according to customer specifications and are therefore not subject to return or exchange – regardless of whether the order is placed by a private individual or a business.
Complaints
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or not in accordance with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. To make a complaint, send photos of the product and a description of the problem to our e-mail address. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and find the best solution.
